Rents in NJ are too high, & we applaud Attorney General Jennifer Davenport for putting landlords on notice & vowing to crack down on violations of NJ’s new law, sponsored by Asw. Carter, imposing a $50 cap on rental application fees charged to prospective tenants. The new law takes effect on May 1.
