I love this book and even have a print of the cover hanging in my house! E.B. White visited our school, I remember him saying working on books was like playing in a sandbox.

I heard this quote from @dollypartonr.bsky.social today, "Find out who you are, and do it on purpose." I write stories for kids, and I'm here to learn, grow, connect and encourage. On purpose, with purpose. Hear me (and my grandson) roar. (Thanks Dolly.)
