There literally hasn’t been anyone watching the door at this venue for the last hour and people keep walking in asking me where to pay or show their ticket and I don’t KNOW so they just walk in and like ??? WHO RUNS THIS PLACE??? Even the bartender was like 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Sending me an email that my order has shipped but forcing me to make an account on your website to check tracking info for shipping I’ve paid for should be illegal.
