Forever ago @danfessler.com showed a really snappy technique where he made an isometric drawing, dissected it, then projected it onto his model for a really easy texturing process. Finally gave it a proper go with a DS!

Been running the latest version and have had zero problems! Was wary the first time I found it because I thought the same haha
The original creator has since stopped working on it so it's technically still discontinued. I actually got it wrong in this video x_x IllusionOfMana just hosts and tries to update it to maintain it. It's definitely usable, though!
