Again I’ve barely seen the show since the time skip so there may be more problems than I think, but I think the show airing weekly is the big problem. If it finally stopped that tradition of the anime and was just seasonal, it would’ve done wonders for the show.

I think being a seasonal anime instead of a weekly one would’ve done wonders for this show, that’s really the big issue I’m seeing here.

I haven’t watched since the start of the time skip so I can’t really say anything but it seems that the really good pacing HZ had the first 2 years of its run has kinda been gone for a while, no?

Not even just that, but him in those series’ felt very consistent writing wise too, it actually felt like he was growing.
