It also doesn't help that I've been struggling to get Affiliate for the longest time despite being so close to reaching it at point. It's BEYOND FRUSTRATING, man.
Last month, Twitch announced that monetization (Subs/Bits) would soon be open to all creators from Day 1.
They've now clarified that you won't be able to withdraw that money unless you unlock Affiliate. However, you will be able to spend it on-site.
