It's been a while since he last stayed over and even longer since he had to make a royal appearance and do the needed work as a royal,

He'd be seen in something much more appropriate for a royal Prince than a sweatshirt and trousers but just as comfortable and casual he'd also still be wearing his scarf it being a key detail to any/all of his outfits
