Many NDIS care coordinators are faith based NGOs. Not for profit. Yet that does not prevent executives, mangers etc from a “nice” wage. Faith Based NGOs, BaptistCare, Anglicare, CatholicCare etc are I presume tax exempt.

Violence has much complexity to it. It’s is unwise to take a reductionist view point. While, power, neoliberalism, colonialism, trauma, entitlement, privilege etc etc play into it, there is one common thing. Perpetrators, architects of violence are mostly male.
