And where I placed these lights in the photo mode:

Rembrandt lighting: moody, painterly look. Recognizable by the inverted triangle under the eye on the shadow side of the face.

Loop lighting: generally flattering setup where the shadow from the nose creates a "loop" on the cheek.

Butterfly, also called Paramount lighting: the main light is placed directly in front and above the face, creating a butterfly-shaped shadow under the nose.

Split lighting: main light comes from the side, illuminating only half of the face for the dramatic look.

Been a while since working with studio lighting irl for me, so I wanted to see how well I could create some lighting setups for portraits in photo mode.
