Howzit! I'm Edge. I draw the hypno. Been too busy with work to draw new stuff for a hot minute but hoping to have some new stuff for everyone soon!

Yeah same. Wasn't sure how many shape keys I'd need to make to get all the expressions working properly.

One I game I worked on (As a programmer not tech art) used a mix which I'd like to experiment with. Keys for mouth shapes and eyelids but then bones on top of that for the jaw/brows etc

I tried the same thing with one of my models and while I eventually got it working sort of alright it ended up breaking when I exported to.

I think the base rigify face rig might be made for more realistic faces. And so when I go back to that model I'll probably be using shape keys more
