NIH Grant Writing Series Now accepting nominations Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Institute
Led by successful NIH-funded faculty, the NIH Grant Writing Series helps jr faculty prepare their first R01 or other investigator proposals. Each participant is paired with an experienced faculty mentor. Department heads, deans, & directors must submit nominations by Dec. 1: go.illinois.edu/NIH-GWS

There are many strengths within Black families and communities that get overlooked. Black families have a history of resilience, rooted in strong family bonds and a deep sense of community, which are used to overcome systemic barriers.
