Thank you, yes this all happened years ago when I was new to spirituality. My practice and beliefs are steady now.

Oh yes, it is confining and isolating (an abuse tactic), and is related to Intimate Partner Violence being a 1:1 cult.

Now I surround myself with people who accept my beliefs - and continue to meet people who share them. I'm free to express my spirituality as boldly as I'd like. I get to help people with my spiritual knowledge and experience. And I still pray. 🖤

Perhaps it's my 12H Sagittarius, but spiritual freedom is one of the most important aspects of my life today. This freedom has required 12H isolation and self-undoing, removing myself from the very relationships that used to define me, and moving to CA, where I am a relocated Sag Rising.

My relationship to spirituality was shaped and changed by these experiences. I followed my heart and inner truth even as these men tried to cage me and my beliefs. My relationship to the spiritual - to myself - is greater. And it's something I've fought tooth and nail for.

Another ex-partner, who I thought was my twin flame, prevented me from working or speaking with others about spirituality. He controlled me with our shared spirituality - after all, only 'he' could understand me. And no one else understood our special connection. But it wasn't divine. It was abuse.

My ex-husband ridiculed my beliefs. He laughed in my face when I did magic. He accused me of being a fraud because I was a successful spiritual professional. He claimed that I thought he was going to Hell, even though I have never been a Christian or worked with that God.

'You even ruined God for me, but I still try to pray.' I've been sitting with these lyrics all week, turning them over in my mind like a palm stone, hoping they'll reveal why the words hit me so hard. And that's when I finally named my experience - 'spiritual abuse.'

Because I have a Libra MC, it's possible that I will also be projected upon in this space, but I trust that my people will find me here. Neptune is delusion, but also dreams, and my dream is to be seen and accepted for who I really am in my fullest authenticity. Manifesting this with Venus Direct. 🙏

During this Venus Rx, I let go of a 'best friend' who projected their wounds and delusions onto me. I realized that this pattern has followed me my entire life, in my family, with friends, at work, and in my marriage. The people closest to me are the ones who see me the least.

Neptunic, 7H, 12H, Libra, and Pisces people experience a ~mirror effect~ where our very selves are refracted and projected upon by others. People see the best and worst of themselves in our mirror, placing us on an impossible pedestal or stripping us down because of their misperceived reality.

This Full Moon is the final hurrah of Venus Rx - and a chance to move through our wounds and onto better things.

This weekend's Full Moon at 23° Libra coincides with Venus going Direct. After a period of setbacks, revelations, and frustrations in Retrograde and Eclipse Season, things are finally clearing up - but this clarity comes with a Chironic cost.

The Pisces ('everything') and Aries ('just me') push-pull forces us to consider our individual place and responsibility in the collective.

If we are a part of everything, then we are responsible for everything.
