I also noticed how much I missed having a SaaS project to work on.

So, I ended up reviewing last year and planning for this one.

I realised my biggest achievement of 2024 was creating my Bullet Launch boilerplate.
That project opened up so many opportunities.

Over the weekend, I finally sat down to write my NoCode Solopreneur newsletter, the first in a while.
I wasn't sure what to write about.

Kieran, much more experienced with Bubble, agreed to a 50/50 partnership.
He rebuilt PhatPost with his boilerplate BulletLaunch, and we renamed it Typoro.
Typoro was born from collaboration and a shared vision.

It all began with a simple Chrome plugin called PhatPost.
I created it to improve my writing on LinkedIn.
The most exciting project I've worked on in a long time!
Been toying with the idea of doing this for literally a year.
But I'm still really nervous about actually doing it?

I guess my worry is I also do coaching and folks pay like $140/hr for that, and they would want regular calls - so potentially they would get an amazing deal for 52 calls in a year!
Maybe I could exclude that from the offer.
This is a really cool way to offer support. Do you have any data on what typical demand might look like? I'd just be worried about being overrun with calls.
