I haven't found the study. And I'm too nervous to ask her Abt it. So instead, I am going to take 200mg orally and 200mg rectally each night for a few weeks and see how I feel :3

My friend who's trans and a nurse told me she read a study that suggested that micronized progesterone is not absorbed well rectally. Micronized prog is the form most people get in the US nowadays -- it's specifically formulated to be safer when administered orally.
