I totally get your point but not voting is why we’re in such a awful spot right now. I’ve basically done customer service and retail/sales my whole life, I just finally got managerial experience this year (assistant manager of dollar store, no stores available to be full manager tho) but that’s nothing desirable for an employe so, not sounding good
