Avalon mourns the passing of Melvin Parson, a former tenant and board member, and founder of A Brighter Way and We The People Opportunity Farm. Melvin had a huge impact, helping so many returning citizens live their best lives - we will miss your friendship, your inspiration, and your amazing smile.
