Letters went out to federal workers this morning stating they were fired due to poor performance. However, all employees had been rated as “exceptional” performers by their supervisors. Please keep these records and pursue wrongful termination claims. Let the lawsuits begin.

I hate finding out more and more each day that our entire system of government seems to be propped up on a foundation of established norms and when the party in power decides they no longer care about those norms everything just crumbles. Cool cool. Got it.

This is how my days usually go as a self-employed, work-from-home artist:

8/9 am-1 pm: very focused, productive work

1-2:30: lunch that somehow always lasts an hour and half even if it’s leftovers

2:30-4:30: who the fuck knows

4:30-5: oh shit the day’s almost over I should get some work done
