What are the most important/notable canon events or moments that happen "off-screen" (in books, comics etc) between each of the films in the Skywalker Saga.

I can honestly say I wasn't expecting the Traitors final task to be the Aldhani Heist.
Some gorgeous looking visuals in that Maul trailer. I've been left a little disappointed with some of Lucasfilm Animations recent outings (mostly the Tales shorts) but I'm hoping to see some really interesting stuff here, roll on April!
