Y'all, I have lost 10kg since I started GLP-1s a little under 2 months ago! (That’s ~22lbs!)
I probably won't be able to maintain that rate as I get closer to my target weight (I really am very big rn and hoping to lose 35-45kg more), but it’s such a good start!
