No, you are wrong. The itch.io stuff happened because a group called Collective Shout, a non-religious focused anti-sex group, demanded that payment processors stop working with companies like Steam and itch.io who allow games they deemed immoral to be sold on their shop.

the government targets queer people. They start by hard-targeting sex criminals, then it snowballs in to targeting queer people. This has happened time and time again. Whether people like it or not, they are enabling that same targeting system, and that’s what my tweet was about.
