Mythbound Mechanics - Boons What does it mean to be blessed by the gods? Find out the details of this new mechanic for Mythbound.

Boons are a new mechanic coming with the next set, basically quests you get a choice of (like how you can choose one of three treasure). And like treasure they aren't attached to a character, so they don't restrict your slots. You can read about boons here: galaxy.fun/articles/boo...

Once Upon a Galaxy spoiler: Young Hercules 2/2
The first time each turn that you get a boon, double my stats. When you complete a quest, discover a Boon as well. Hero.

calebdOUAG got a card spoiler! Young Hercules has small starting stats, but can act as both enabler and payoff, which is always exciting.

The best time to grab this guy is when you're mid-quest already, so you can finish it fast and start getting boons. A natural pairing with Daughter of Athena.

India and Russia both have universal care and China has universal coverage. Size is a nonsense excuse

Also note that if you paid 0$ in income tax one year, your estimated income payments the next year reflect that.

It's not some weird thing people are missing, it's just a different timing on paying taxes. You can even ignore it and pay at the end of the year for a small fee.

The $8.3 Billion Magic Trick: How Disney Paid Zero Federal Income Tax in 2025 The Walt Disney Company is one of 88 major corporations that, despite making billions, paid no federal income taxes in 2025.

And then they get that back, paying nothing. You're missing that last part.

Here's a whole ass article on how Disney paid 0$ in income tax:

The speech is doing a lot!

-absolves Dems of loser campaigns

-separates the in group vs out group

-bonds Corey with the in group

None of this helps the party, but all of it is good for Corey Booker.

Progressives do well when the Dem establishment doesn't have the power to kneecap them. That ends up being some pretty specific communities

Mamdani won because he gave people something worth voting for.

The Dem context was almost exactly the opposite of what you're saying here, with polls showing Dems at a 30 year low in popularity. If the Dem leadership helped Mamdani at all, it was in denying their toxic endorsements

Too much cool/gay art to photograph it all. Our favorite beer is still their spruce, but the barrel aged quadruple is also incredible

Vibes were great. Chill folk music playing. Pet friendly--def bringing Dave next time!

Kinda seems like you don't understand what a war crime is? But to the point, I hate Greene and haven't stumped for her, so I don't know where this is coming from.

It's ok to despise war criminals, even if they voted Dem once. You don't need to hand it to them.

Cheney actively tanked the Dems after becoming despised by all parties and got a medal for it.

Why do people insist on trying to rehab actual monsters?

Hogg being a borderline single issue voter after growing up in an era of mass school shootings is also not surprising. I don't agree with him there, but what did you expect?

Well MTG sucks shit and shouldn't be trusted but she also didn't support war crimes, has to my knowledge never supported actual torture that the US did, or co-wrote a book with a war criminal about how good war crimes are, so I can see some people making a distinction.

Saw some cool mushrooms on my walk (Mica Caps?)

And came home to a creeping juniper delivery! My quest to replace lawn with native plants continues. Gotta go live so these guys will have to spend another day in their shipping pots

Big fan of leaving some weeds around the edges of a row. Good for the soil health and distracts the bunnies. Hopefully will distract Dave a bit too (he loves eating plant matter ๐Ÿ˜…)

The ground beds don't look like much but the ground weeds over them are thin and easy to pull up. Nice rich black dirt. Pulling the weeds leaves a loose layer, easy to make rows by hand

Love gardening after a rain! The seeds love it too. Got parsley, slow-bolt cilantro, and some arugula down here
