sometimes I feel silly that things like that are extremely difficult for me, but trauma + severe anxiety are what they are, and it's okay that I struggle with these things.

I'm really proud of how far I've come 😭💜

today was so validating! I have severe anxiety and social anxiety and have been working on it for a while! today I walked to get coffee and a treat for finishing semester and navigating being on my own for a week.

I crossed streets and ordered stuff without having a panic attack—a big deal for me 🥺
