My sweet papaw is back at the memory care center and is doing really well! My cousin came to see him this morning and he told her that he prayed to God to help him and He did. 🥺🥺🥺 I’m so happy we have a bit longer with him. We did call hospice in for comfort care, but he’s doing good!!

10 year old girls are HARD to shop for!!! Especially last minute. And when you don’t know what the current trends really are. Is this what it’s like to be old? 😂😂😂

I actually ended up hearing back yesterday afternoon and I GOT THE JOB!! I go Monday for drug screen and fingerprints/background check. I’m beyond excited!!!

I had SUCH a GREAT interview this morning!! They said they “suspect” I will hear from them next week. And one of the women even told me that it’s not up to her, but she thinks it’s “looking pretty good.” 😍😍😍 I even told them about the current situation with my papaw and they were super understanding

We live in Ashland! So not too far from Lex. My husband is actually from Mt Sterling. We do love Lexington and if we stay in Kentucky will probably end up there. But we desperately want out of here. Family commitments make that so hard, though!!!

We love dandy Andy in this house. They’ve hated him since Covid. Nothing he does will ever be right. I would love to see him run for president one day. He’s been such a great governor.

With as much money as I spend on my dog?? Absolutely.

Spending the weekend in Columbus and having so much fun! Monster Jam was a bit too much for his little ears so we ended up leaving early. But today we are exploring the city and then spending the rest of the day swimming at the hotel!!

Going with my best friend and nephew to see Monster Jam tonight and out of town for the weekend. Feeling torn with the situation with my papaw, but feeling confident it will all be ok. Keep sending prayers and good vibes as we really appreciate them all.

I call my dog “boy” so often that he answers to it as well. 😂😂 animals are so smart.

Nephew bought boy a stuffed taco and a Very Hungry Caterpillar for his birthday. He would’ve bought the whole store if his mom would’ve let him. 😂😂 as you can see, Porter is more than happy with both.
