I welcome @UN efforts to facilitate trade through the Strait of Hormuz.
As I have said before, with global food security at risk, a mechanism to facilitate trade in fertilizers through the Strait could be a very valuable step to wider diplomatic dialogue.

Smallholders in Africa already underuse fertilizer due to high costs. Even small price increases can cut application, lower yields and raise food insecurity. Example: Kenya is exposed w/ high import bills and 40% reliance on Gulf fertilizer. Nations and farmers need urgent support.
