PSA: It’s not okay to bash writers for sharing links to their works on Amazon.

I know Amazon is shitty but it’s not on writers who are just trying to survive to change a whole distribution system that is deeply ingrained, no matter how bad that system is.

And for those of us who wish to create a fairer society, cynicism is the antithesis of the empathy that is crucial to such an endeavour. So by all means, take a break from the struggle. Spend some time recharging your batteries. But don’t succumb to the idea that nothing will ever change, 9/11
