I definitely understand that, it unfortunately just can’t logistically work the way it’s set up right now unless they essentially plan their votes

It feels almost impossible for 4 to break thru on committee - the votes would have to be evenly and perfectly distributed 12-12-12-12

Walker had a +22.0% jump to election in there as the second-best returner in a Schilling year, and the 14.6/15.0 aren’t far off what Utley needs.
