I love the wolf cane but for some reason the dog version is kind of unsettling.

He's only in 2 episodes but that doesn't bother me; side characters with barely any screen time are usually my favourite anyways haha.

Also it's funny to see Francis with orange fur and green eyes in the Felidae comic because I keep picturing him as Firestar instead haha.

The nightmare scene with Deep Purple in Felidae was one of the most unsettling parts in the book that wasn't included in the movie, but part of it (although shortened and with a lot less context) is briefly shown in the comic:
