WHAT ON DOG'S GREEN EARTH IS A [HUNDREDS OF KRISTAS]? What even is a [Krista]? - Eldritch Entity (formerly human) (she/it) - Seemingly immortal (?) - Resident of the Mansion of Infinite Crossroads - Consists of a non-newtonian shapeshifting Void-goo - Usually takes the form of a cat (a picture of krista is shown. the caption beneath reads "Pictured: One (1) Krista". an arrow points to her with the text "dubious creature of ill intent") - Describes herself as "made of condensed nothingness" and "not actually real when you get down to the nitty gritty of it" - All attempts to study this substance have only raised more questions than answers (a picture of krista melting, with an arrow pointing to her with the text "goopi") (a picture of a lab krista studying a sample of the goop under a microscope. to her confusion she sees microscopic kristas composing it.)

- Being made of questionably-sentient goop, Krista can split off and control any portion of it or grant it autonomy, allowing her to create autonomous clones of herself. (a diagram of krista undergoing mitosis and multiplying) - Due to the imaginary properties of the void goo, she can ignore the law of conservation and divide herself as many times as she wants. (a diagram of the existing 2 kristas dividing into 4, and then the 4 dividing into 8) - This got completely out of hand very quickly. (dozens of kristas in several rows cut off by the edge of the screen. it is implied that there are many more offscreen.) - The Kristas' true quantity is unknown, and they refuse to reveal the exact number. However, it is clearly orders of magnitude larger than the name would imply.

- The Kristas' shapeshifting ability comes with the risk of self-inflicted permanent form-locks if the form she chooses fills a latent identity niche that has not already been filled by another Krista. If it gives her gender feelings, chances are she'll stay stuck that way. (a diagram of krista shapeshifting into a lamp as a joke, looking smug about it and saying "lol. lmao". in the next panel she is realizing she is stuck and can't go back) - Due to the sheer number of Kristas, their collective causal weight causes fate to conspire to put them into transformative or otherwise kinky "bad-end" scenarios, in effect rendering them complete TF fodder. The Kristas' universal love for transformation means that most of the time these new conditions end up being permanent.

- The Kristas are a "soft" hive mind. They are each individuals who form their own memories, however they will unconsciously retain any information and experiences of the other Kristas, and be able to recall it if prompted. (a diagram of two kristas in two separate rooms. one (labeled "Krista A") is looking at three cards with shapes on them, with a thought bubble containing a square. the other (labeled "Krista B") answers with the square in a speech bubble, despite being in a separate room with no view of the cards.) - Over time, transformed Kristas' personalities will change to better suit her new form, diverging from the main group. However, she will still remain connected to the others and retain their memories. (a diagram of krista branching into three different transformations: a flower pot, a quadruped housecat, and a chair. each of them have their own individual arrows indicating the passage of their personal timelines as they settle into their new bodies. the second panel of each shows them each more comfortable in their forms.) - Every Krista is canon, and servers her own niche of their collective multifaceted identity. With a level of shared awareness, and the knowledge there is a Krista out there for everything, they can each settle into their own unique identity without fear of missing out.
