Each of these new hubs, like Solidarity Social and Blacksky, makes the Bsky network even more of the social network that we need to keep the billionaire techno-tyrants from controlling the internet. We don't have to worry about another Musk buying our accounts if we own our data, not the network.

Now they're doing an about face and removing encryption from Instagram DMs, probably because they want to use your messages to train AI and make money.
