Or deductibles and then 'out of pocket' maximums. Last year my husband and I paid $9000 for the out of pocket maximum (he was on ACA) for his cardiac procedure that was two hours long and he was home the next day. PLUS the $8000 annual in premiums. It's not sustainable.
