We explore the multi-dimensionality of citizen satisfaction of government services. Using a conjoint experiment, we analyze the simultaneous effects of multiple factors finding evidence for a negativity bias and asymmetry in the effects.

This is an important contribution on the role of time horizons. I think it is essential to place more focus on individual time horizons. If you're interested, I applied a sequential experimental design to look at how time horizons affect a multi-stage decision-making process

Hi All, hoping to get some recs: Iโve got a project using ML tools (Random forest models) to explore public opinion data on Environmental policy.
I would appreciate recent public policy or Polsci refs that employ ML methods (self promotion highly appreciated).
I recently saw an academic (no need to name & drag for these purposes) complain that academics use bluesky for the self-promotional purpose of... linking to their own newly-published articles.
