My therapist suggested that I write letters to all the people who have wronged me and then throw them into a big fire.
I did that, and I do feel better, but I don’t know what I am supposed to do with all these letters.

For those that cannot join peaceful protests and/or call out of work, there’s ways we can all make an impact! Limit your spending as a base line! Know when the blackout date are. NEVER use self checkout, if it can be avoided. ….I know the introvert/shy wolf inside me is crying about that too. :’)
