As a planning nerd and an ex-California resident, I've spent a lot of time down this rabbit hole.
Rotten day at work somewhat mitigated by a Mister Rogers documentary tonight. I now like everyone just the way they are. Except for the person who's making my life miserable at work.
Next stop: Muskegon. Watch this space.
Wow. Who knew there was a "making of" video? youtu.be/SHYYl723fmI?...

I'm actually wearing a bathrobe from Giant Tiger as I type this, but that's probably more than you wanted to knowβ¦
I actually quite like the Giant Tiger stores and there's not really a comparable format in the US. canadiangrocer.com/giant-tiger-...
Unflavored for me! (Maude Flanders)
Day two: Not even fun kid-friendly Christmas songs but things like "Oh come all ye faithful"
Why is the ice cream truck playing Christmas carols in April when it's 84F outside?

Coming tomorrow: Bellingham, Washington.

There is apparently a "arcade bar" in the same space now that's also called the Detour. Trust me when I say that there was no relationship or similarity between the two.
Very old ATM receipt
Evidently I was doing some Sunday afternoon drinking in the Castro on 21 February 1993, more than likely at the Detour.
I really don't mind all the plants being heterosexual. I know they can't help it. But I don't want to be hit in the face with their sex lives. Can't they just keep it to themselves?
Stupid pollen.
Interior view of the second Hattem's Market at 8021 So. Vermont Ave. on its April 4, 1931, opening, showing the meat and poultry department. Walter R. Hagedohm was its architect.
