Other states can play the same games. Now you potentially lost 9 seats in Virginia. Cry harder.
BREAKING — Virginia voters approve temporary measure to re-district the state, creating more Democratic seats.
Huge blow to Trump.
His effort to gerrymander seats to rig the 2026 midterms backfired spectacularly.

Two wild turkeys strolled across our backyard this morning. We spotted this same pair here about a week ago. #colorado #Wildturkey
From Hotshot Wake Up: "If this is what April looks like, I think it will be a summer to remember. There have already been 20,100 wildfires in the United States, with 1,710,000 acres burned. The 10-year average for this time is 13,597 fires and 875,957 acres burned. We are well ahead of schedule."

Denver just hit 80° for the 9th time this year. That's more than double the previous record for most year-to-date 80°+ days on record.

So freaking weird.
Pew Research Institute (2023):
• Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants
• Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants
• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.
And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."
It's *not* about immigration.
You may disagree, but if the heads of our military don’t trust Trump to be in the Situation Room because he’s erratic, unfit, or dangerous…HE SHOULD NOT BE PRESIDENT!
Not too thrilled about this forecast. #COwx #FireWeather

A new language for climate change was voted in: “kokushobi” heat, >40°C (104°F), from the Japanese word koku, meaning harsh or cruel. 2nd choice for the new heat term was ‘super-extremely hot day’ or ‘cho-mosho-bi’, while ‘sauna day’, ‘stay-at-home day’ and ‘boiling day’ were also among the choices.
Parts of the Western Slope and the San Luis Valley will have power shutoffs on Wednesday between 9a-7p. 40-60 mph winds + very dry airmass the culprits.
Northern Front Range foothills will probably see some shutoffs Wed PM/Thu AM also.

I wondered why it looked so smoky today. 😂
Syrian billionaires needed to clear a path for a development project despite U.S. sanctions. A Republican congressman suggested: "Make it a Trump National Golf Course."
The exchange illustrates the blurring of lines between business and family affairs in Trump's second term.
The recent trades predicting U.S. military action minutes before it occurred are alarming and raise questions about who exactly is profiting from a war that has already resulted in untold death and destruction. We need answers.

I had no idea that George Foreman was buried in the Loess Hills in Sioux City, IA. My husband is from Sioux City. The Loess Hills were formed millions of years ago after dunes were formed by winds blowing loess soil deposited in the Missouri Valley after the Ice Age. apnews.com/article/geor...
We are so grateful for any amount.
We definitely are. I connected with a state meteorologist years ago & asked him why storms seem to miss us. He attributed it to topography in our area. It seems like it can rain a mile away and it misses us.
I am surprised. We usually are on the low side of and moisture.
