I was furious about it. You can fold your pram. You need to pack your pram so you can fold it. Ask other passengers to help you but you need to fold it.

On a bus when a wheelchair user couldn't get on because passengers wouldn't move (not even with prams, was just a bit crowded). Next time I saw this start to happen I started pointing and telling individual people to move & where to move and the disabled person managed to get on

Also they didn't allow me to ask my question and threatened to throw me out

I recently went to a local Labour Party event about housing, specifically to try to plead for a local family with a disabled child threatened with eviction, and those politicians are seriously out of touch

If you told me go out right now and find loads of people wearing lanyards I would head to the local hospital

If nobody cleaned the hospital or took away the bins it soon wouldn't matter how good the doctors and nurses were

For example, poor people who are coerced into criminal activity by their families or associates get the full hammer of the law and no sympathy

Absolutely, and people in much tougher situations are judged much more harshly for choosing wrong

More evidence of a lot of right wing politics being getting angry about made up shit: this guy did not know who Chaucer was and did not hang out in Brixton

Me n this guy were both unskilled workers (me: pub, him: building site) and second gen Irish immigrants, the non racist one is the one who actually knows their way around Brixton though

I was age about 20 arguing with a guy about Bob Marley Way in Brixton, a white man doesn't feel like he's in his own country anymore, I said what about Shakespeare Road & Chaucer Road in Brixton? He looked at me annoyed and confused

If you told me I had to find a copy of Wordsworth in a flat on my estate by nightfall, or go to jail, I would go knocking on the doors of the old Indian guys

I'm immunocompromised and they took me off the list for the covid vaccine over a year ago so to get boosters I have to get the list of walk in places and go round till I can persuade someone to give it to me

I know people affected and they are single mums, carers, low paid. It's appalling

The govt position is terrible. The Reform position is worse. The govt position is still terrible and I'm really angry about it.

the MP for my constituency will be whoever Labour HQ decide is standing in the seat, they are not somebody who has actually gone through a meaningfully democratic process, don't have a mandate and are not accountable

2 months ago 3 0 0 0

Also MPs are *not* representing thousands of voters in that way, I don't like my local Labour MP and I don't vote for her, if I was in a swing seat and felt obliged to hold my nose and vote for her, that doesn't mean I feel she represents me

Which core argument of the far right are the counter protesters agreeing with

(disliking the current prime minister is not a core argument of the far right, lots of people do that)
