It looks at published mineral composition (e.g. calcium, selenium, iodine etc) of Atlantic salmon, and investigates environmental and management effects on that composition.

Last week my Honours student Sam and team GPS tagged 100 sheep on a station in arid South Australia and set up a weather station!

Sam is looking at the effect of wind direction and speed on grazing. Can't wait for the results!
