Thanks! PCC 7120 is Anabaena, confused for years with Nostoc. We have worked mainly in symbiotic Nostoc close to PCC 73102, i.e., N. punctiforme. We will revisit your nice work and get back to you :)

Very cool work, but a shame Nostoc was not included as that has been shown to be the epicenter of a cyano-driven symbiotic microbiome.... But nice approach to be applied therein.

Quality of scientific papers questioned as academics ‘overwhelmed’ by the millions published Widespread mockery of AI-generated rat with giant penis in one paper brings problem to public attention

You don‘t have to review or read all of them… but where-ever possible you should select a society publisher!

Wow, I once saw this diving in Revillagigedo but with a Whale shark rather than mantas, and what we could recognize as (sevegal) Galapagos sharks. I knew that was an observation worthy to be reported but was out of my expertise zone. So happy to come across this !
