I've been rethinking Deep Elves (not drow) a long the lines of how other creatures evolve underground. I think they're going look like this... #cresthavenrpg #dnd #ttrpg

In It’s the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Numb), the chaos isn’t just coming, it’s already here. The Chairman plays golf while the world crumbles, war rages endlessly, and social media feeds keep the masses distracted with dopamine hits and misinformation.

Being busy but broke as an artist is brutal. Your rates are too low. Calculate your true costs & value, then confidently raise prices. Diversify income, streamline workflow, and set boundaries. Your art is valuable; charge what it's worth! Being an artist doesn't mean you can't be good at business.

So bummed we weren't able to get to your show in Vegas!
Right? Same with traps or puzzles. You have to make it so easy that they would have to be blind to mess it up. If you don't forget about it being solved.
Nice! Xenos sucked me in.

Yeah, but it's a dry heat ;)
Preach. Right up there with Half Life 2 / Portal and Doom 2016
Which one did you read?
We saw them and Poison a few years back. Still amazing!
Cyberpunk 2077 was so good
I think that's my point. Are there people abusing it? Lazy uninspired work? Absolutely. But there are also people really getting a lot out of it. On the surface it seems like a hack, but as you use it, it's really not, and it requires nuance and discussion and comprehension to really be effective.
I disagree. Are there people who put in a prompt and just run with it, 1000%, but if you really use it, like really use it, you know that it is a process, a back and forth, reading, revising, tweaking, creating... If you just take it and run without the creative back and forth, then I would agree.
I don't think AI will fix it, mostly because it has nothing to do with AI. I'm also saying that AI is not causing these problems. Long ago humanity was stripped out of creativity and to blame AI now, seems disingenuous and naive.
I find it funny how every time you try to have an honest conversation about AI, it turns into name-calling and moral posturing. The second you ask real questions, people bail or block. If your ethics can't survive dialogue, maybe they're not ethics, just performance or herd mentality.
So it's bad because the crowd says so? Aside from calling it loser shit, what exactly do you dislike? Is it the quality? Laziness? Have you used it? Can it be used in a way you'd approve of? Saying AI is killing people or ruining the planet is a slippery slope argument, not a real critique.
I actually agree with you. Letting AI run the whole show takes the soul out of it. IDK if that’s not how all people use it. IMO like any tool, it depends on how you use it.
Is this frustration because you can’t just hop online, virtue signal, and shut people down without pushback? I’m here for an honest conversation. So far, all I’ve seen is soapboxing and deflection. If you have a real argument, let’s hear it.
Thanks for proving the point. When someone resorts to name-calling instead of engaging, it shows they weren’t here for a real conversation. Just outrage and ego.
Not sure people can get much dumber when schools are underfunded, public education is gutted, and private institutions are hoarding resources. Blaming AI for atrophy ignores that we’ve been on this path long before a chatbot showed up.
