This is why everyone everywhere should be vaccinated with the MMR (and other scheduled vaccines) and why we need international partnerships and programs to support vaccination: pathogens spread regardless of borders, nationality, age, wealth, etc.

I break it up into sections. I start at slow speed, and then build by 0.1 every minute for 15-20 minutes, and then repeat. On days I'm tired, I also alternate running 5 minutes and walking 5 minutes or running 10 minutes, walking 5 minutes.
What's crazy is that he hasn't even been Pope for a year, yet it has been 382 years since his election.
