if she comes down to naarm ever I'll buy her a drink (in aus culture that is not a euphemism, yes I am still a non-drinker). given what she has been through she needs one. I hope she find community here and that we all will have her back against the genocide press.

No, Beth wasn't just cleared of all wrongdoing, it was found "there was harassment of the second
respondent by the claimant related to gender reassignment".

Beth is the victim here, and even when she is forced to flee to the literal other side of the world they just can't stop bullying her.

"hey why are there not more transfem healthcare professionals? I am sick of being hundosed!"

...

seriously, she'll be safer here, hopefully terfs get bored and move on. My sex is legally female here too. like fairly normal if you don't come from an active genocide zone.

Its one of the main reasons I am not waiting on the Monash Infinite List and just gambling on a gofundme. I need SRS yesterday, as I hoping it will improve things after the month of recovery horror.

Yeah, every time I get the urge to detrans for medical reason i remember I will go bald within a year. It sucks and trying to convince cis drs its ruining your life is an uphill battle (luckily my endo is good about it)

Luckily having twice the recommend amount of syranil nasal spray has reduced the T, at least subjectively, since this test. I still oscillate between OK, POTS/MCAS flares, random testosterone moments and get depressed the second my prog runs out. What fun.

what helped me was making a slur for neurotypicals. I call them "prunies" because of synaptic overpruning. It's absolutely cope but it helps 0.1% of the time. The rest of the time I am Screaming.

Yeah, i thought I was going insane and it was all in my head before seeing this. I also wonder if this is related to the chronic illness stuff.

Also realised they used male ranges for me. I am legally/medicare-ly female? I told them to stop that. No wonder I keep being anaemic.

Kumar is booked out and been waiting several years since giving in a referral. Was refused by another genetics lab and no idea what to do. DIY genetics ideas welcome, but I am paranoid giving my DNA data to companies and no idea how to interpret.

Had more than enough T to lose hair where I wanted it and gain it where I didn't, downstairs activity and shitty skin and felt dysphoric as hell. Since doubled Syranil and T is more under control. Stopped injection monotherapy as ranges would peak in 5000 and freaked drs out.

E is 1753 on 3 2mg progynova PILLS, was taking AA (syranil spray 1x a day). 100-200mg progesterone daily, half oral half boof. No T suppression at 1753 is weird. Not taking biotin supplements afaik.

Got another test coming up and going to see my trough.

Also, anybody know a geneticist who is NOT Kumar in aus to get tested for genetic intersex/endocrine conditions? I keep getting results like these. Going to do another test in my trough, but these results - my endo agreed - are absolutely weird.

Like if your levels are within range, then it doesn't matter. Problem is the ranges are mostly below monotherapy as it is still treated as "experimental". The other issue is YMMV as all our endocrine systems are so radically different (I don't get T blocking unless my E is about 2k)

However more science could actually confirm that the DVT risk is slightly above average than cis women, and is still quite low. What makes no sense is pills have a higher risk than injections - yet drs refuse injections and regularly tell us to stop using them, or even drop us as patients.

Basically stating the above - be careful with DIY, but also be careful with cis doctors who thus might undersell the positives and oversell the negatives. It hinges on publicly-unreleased science. Stay healthy and the stroke risk is minimised.

However, we NEED those study results.

Yeah, this study is brand new and unpublished. Every dr and endo I've seen suggest there is a direct correlation to stroke risk and v high estrogen... however australia has NO test to differentiate estrodiol and estrone. So it could be a result of that variable + cis laziness/paternalism.

Again, no idea if cis doctors are freaking over nothing - if the fact that injectables are often unsupervised DIY might increase risk when other options are ineffective - only seeing the study results will really show. However some dr's and endos will safely harm-minimise oversee DIY, luckily.

Again according to my doctor, there was a recent study on injectable stroke risk that has been presented to doctors, but not yet published in a way that is publicly accessible - and several testimonies of stroke from DIY patients. Sadly, often patients who have a stroke are refused surgery.

Specifically (according to my dr) they can't get it cleared due to stroke risk, so not enough doctors support for it to be processed by the TGA. In fact, many doctors requested it wasn't processed. Plus, we have less need for DIY than US/UK.

Sucks, as its getting harder to get it DIY here.

Honestly having a smartphone with a career online nowadays feels like being the rat in the box alone with heroin and water, except to get to rat park you have to go through the heroin dispenser itself, and also the water is just lesser heroin, and also occasionally you get shocked for no reason.

by 'noteworthy', I mean anybody who has had the same thing happen - hypervisibility + w/ transmisogyny and the capitalist flesh mill. Nothing to do with being "better". If anything, we tend to be more miserable unless we come from wealth - which usually means we don't need to churn out content.

I've said it to a few other noteworthy dolls - mostly other musicians like myself - that we kinda need to stick together with people of similar experience if we are literally to survive. We can't do this alone - not with the hate, low pay, rational paranoia general state of the world, dysphoria etc

As with those telling you to "touch grass" - your online art is your job, and like the rest of us, we'll all underpaid without sick leave. Plus going outside can often be a hostile experience. It is not as simple as that. Not even unions have much power to help us, but if you have one - join one.

This happened to me too. I think the stress of the trans 'content creator/fka artist' panopticon cause me to crash out, intensified my chronic illness and causes massive depressive spikes which are inconceivable to many around me IRL. Now my career is mostly muted. This is happening to all of us.

tbh, my screams sound better thru the condenser as it's mostly high frequency content, and thus the added detail is important. SM7B is good mostly as it doesn't pop with the build-on filter. I find my voice training means I get more sibilance I have to de-ess later, and can cause a lisp in soothe2

Advanced Audio Cm 414 (FET). I usually use an SM7b, but I find condensers actually really good for screams if you want them to pop. Also weirdly it is easier to de-ess with condensers.

I am literally was recording my own song! I'll probably post on patreon soon. I can send the recording of the scream via the mic/pre-amp setup to any who want it!
