The level of hate, inhumanity, and evil being displayed in America but the authorities and their supporters is staggering. And many call themselves Christians too. The global reputation of the USA is going to struggle to recover from this.

As someone living in Dundrum, on the doorstep to Murlough beach and the Mourne mountains I can attest to how photogenic they are 😀

I went to Russia on a school trip when I was a teenager (mid/late ‘80s I think) and what struck me even as an innocent teen was that everything was a facade. It looked nice at first glance but behind the facade is was falling apart.

I fear that before this nightmare is over that’s how most of the free world will think about America (even though most of us know that Trump and his lot don’t represent the values, beliefs, or opinions of the majority of the US). But America’s global reputation will be in tatters.
