New on the blog. Bluesky's outage this week took down every app built on their infrastructure, including ours. We're not waiting for it to happen again. Here's what we're building, why it matters, and why the whole ATProto community is waking up to the same problem.

Since Bluesky's outage yesterday, some folks are reporting the Chunky Guys app no longer works correctly. To fix this, just head to Settings > Sign out, and then login again
We're sorry about the issues yesterday and we're working to make Chunky Guys more resilient if Bluesky falls over again
We’re sorry if some of you are having problems with the app today. Sadly this is being caused by Bluesky’s systems. All Chunky Guys services remain operational and we’re monitoring failure rates as the outage persists. We would suggest folks check out the Bluesky status page, but this is also down 😨

This isn't anything your end, it's the Bluesky PDS fleet having problems this past weekend
