Psycho Dream is such a weird game (laudatory)
So for Psycho Dream, most of the text to be translated was a boilerplate legal warning about not copying the in-universe VHS that's playing. For that I hunted down actual FBI warnings from old clamshell Disney VHS releases to use as a model for authentic legalese.

Okay, that is actually the normal speed. I guess I never found it too disorienting, since it's only that fast when nothing important is happening.
I can only imagine that the game is actually malfunctioning; nothing in it should be as fast as you described
Honestly, I didn't have this problem with FMW at all. Is it just the cursor running over a bunch of enemies that aren't doing anything?
I think this is the first time I've ever seen someone ask for the enemy turns in a tactics game to be slower
