I’ve been in internal recruitment for over 15 years and worked for companies of all sizes and nationalities.

Not done in a while. But I found the older records sold well there. Need a lot of good photos, lots of detailed descriptions, and accurate logging of all aspects of the record.
Discogs is just link it to the release and add some blurb. Done! Far easier.
