That's a great point! The question of "What do the game's protagonists do?" really digs into the core of player agency.
“What do the game’s protagonists do?” is one of my favourite questions to lob at any #ttrpg design, either mine or someone else’s.
It’s kind of a loaded question if you consider how many games don’t fully engage with player agency. It’s often an issue left for the GM to handle.
