also you might be running too fast on your run intervals. i run really fucking slow

yes! the runners world plan might just be escalating too fast. i used a couch to 5k app and its pace worked reasonably well for me. but if it doesn't work well for you you can just repeat weeks. i could run a 5k semi-easily from zero running after about 10ish weeks and i'm not naturally fit at all

it's ok and even desirable from a sick compulsion standpoint to withdraw the attention at times but you DO have to provide it at others
