My following has skyrocketed since my first #Movember post, so thought I would keep sharing the progress(?).

Please take this as a reminder to encourage the men in their lives to take care of their mental and physical health.

I have no followers here, but my first post may as well be embarrassing. Yes, this is the mustache I can grow after two weeks. I do it because I think men need to take care of ourselves in all the ways. Thank you #Movember for shining a positive light!
