Çalışkan et al. develop a mouse model of fragile X-associated neuropsychiatric disorders by inducing 90CGG transgene expression in adolescence and young adulthood, and observe a temporal progression of premutation effects on behaviour. tinyurl.com/24v7tpce
Took years and a lot of teamwork, but finally out: in a mouse model of FXTAS, early psychiatric symptoms pop up way before neurodegenerative changes. Super excited to share this! Just accepted in Brain. For now, here is the preprint which did not change so much:
