I like both, but I consider them separate. Two different materials and two different sensations. Rubber ones are definitely on My wishlist after leather ones, though.

Here it is with its intact brother. The last rivet which holds together the buckle and locking pin snapped off, which is that pin you see under it. Rivets can’t be reused, so it would need to be replaced but the other half is sewn into the leather padding which makes it a bigger challenge.

Yep, makes sense. Once I saw it was sewn in my heart sank, I don’t have a sewing machine and hand stitching it feels like more effort than it’s worth. On the plus side, it’s an excuse to upgrade.

The main rivet that holds the buckle and locking pin snapped. The other half of it is sewn into the padded area, so to repair it would require opening up the stitches to be able to replace the broken rivet. Doable, but probably more effort than it’s worth.

One of my leather restraints broke. Called the shop, and it can’t be repaired. So I’m in the market for new ones.

So far I’m looking at Mr. S and Regulation for a replacement. Anyone have recommendations for other good leather restraints? Preferably padded and lockable. 🔒
