I started to read the letter, but partway through the salutation I had to say

“SINGH? Have you people been running your cities from a cave? Mr Singh has been gone for a year, and Mr. Lewis replaced him about 6 weeks ago. Proofread before you publish, boys and girls.”

Good start though. Remember, we’re just starting out and have to do it without a professional communications team.
